We and Investment Partner shall collectively be referred to as ("Affiliates").

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) 2011, which provides for due diligence to be exercised for the access or usage of the Platform.

All our Services are subject to applicable laws, government notifications, the rules, regulations and guidelines issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI"), Association of Mutual Funds India ("AMFI"), and any other regulatory bodies defining the rules/regulations governing the offer of any Services on the platform.

These User Terms govern your access and use of the Platform, which includes any images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips, downloads, systems and methods of trading, video clips, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, information, data, tools, products, written materials, services and other content (together, "Content").

Nivesh Star grants you a limited right to use the Platform. The User will not use the Platform in any way that is fraudulent or unlawful.

All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on the Nivesh star website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the sole property of Nivesh star. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any content from the website without explicit written permission from Nivesh star.

It is possible that in certain situations, the Company may be unable to accept your specific request or the transactions entered by you may become unsuccessful due to reasons that may include technical/server errors, incomplete KYC, or any other reason that can be attributed to Company, Partnered Banks/NBFCs, or Partnered Asset Management Company. In such cases, the refund of the amount will be initiated according to the refund and cancellation policy of the specific service provider.

Cancellation of a completed transaction is not possible as the respective investment instrument company will book financial products (For Eg. Fixed Deposit, MF Units etc.) upon completion of the transaction. If you wish to withdraw the money, you will have to redeem/break the units/FD or the invested amount based on the redemption policy applicable for each instrument.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Nivesh Star platform and services shall be exclusively resolved by the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.

Nivesh Star reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage users to regularly review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes or updates.
